New patients
Your first visit, step by step
A first visit takes about an hour.
- 01
Step 1: Request a visit
Use the form or call us. Tell us a day that suits you and how you'd like us to reply.
- 02
Step 2: We check your benefits
If you have dental insurance, we check what your plan says it covers and tell you before you come in.
- 03
Step 3: Fill in your forms
Health history and consent forms are in the practice's own secure portal, not on this website. Paper forms are there if you'd rather.
- 04
Step 4: Your exam
Your dentist looks at your teeth and gums, takes X-rays if they decide you need them, and talks through what they found.
- 05
Step 5: Your plan, in writing
You leave with a written plan and an estimate for any treatment, and time to ask questions before you decide.
Fill in your new-patient forms
Complete your health history before you arrive. The forms open in the practice's own secure portal.
Before you come in
What should I bring to the first visit?
Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID and a list of the medicines you take. If you have recent dental X-rays, bring them or ask your old dentist to send them.
Do I fill in medical details on this website?
No. Our contact form asks for none. Your health history goes on the forms in the practice's own secure portal.
Can you get my records from my old dentist?
Yes. Give us your previous dentist's contact details and, with your written permission, we'll ask for your records before your first visit.
Ready to book a first visit?
Tell us a good time and how to reach you. We'll take it from there.
