How often should I schedule a dental visit?
Many patients come every six months, and some need a different schedule. Your dentist decides, based on your gums, your history and what they see.
Which insurance plans do you work with?
We bill PPO dental plans and file the claim for you. Whether we are in network depends on your plan, so call us or read How fees work and we'll tell you before you book.
Will treatment hurt?
We numb the area first and check that it has taken before we begin. Raise your hand and we stop. If something hurts, tell us and we change what we're doing.
What should I do in a dental emergency?
Call us and we'll tell you what we can do and when. If you have trouble breathing or swallowing, bleeding that won't stop, or swelling that spreads to your face or neck, call 911.
What does a first visit include, and what will it cost?
An exam, X-rays if your dentist decides you need them, and a written plan. The fee depends on your plan and your treatment, and we give you an estimate in writing before treatment starts.
